A Chartered Accountant with in-depth senior management and board level experience across many industries, with much of this experience gained in restructuring and improving profitability of businesses of both small and large organisations including ASX listed companies.

Justin’s extensive experience in all aspects of financial management; strategic planning, financial control, capital management covering debt and equity financing, has seen him be a driving force of Australian Agricultural Minerals’ mergers and acquisitions in recent times.

Passionate about driving change in order to get the fundamentals right, Justin has a demonstrated record of working with the Agricultural industry and helping clients succeed. He brings to the team a very resourceful and practical approach, which enables priorities to be delivered with effective workarounds where challenges may arise.

Justin has vast experience in navigating complex situations, enabling the sustainability of future focussed outcomes for both Australian Agricultural Minerals and their customers.
