With over 20 years’ experience in business management, 16 years of those in Mining Management, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the role of MLG’s Mine Manager. Chris has a further 5 years’ experience as a Site Senior Executive and understands what it takes to lead a team and improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiencies.

Previously, Chris held an SSE role with Cape Flattery Silica Mine, Senior Management roles with BHP Billiton and the Australian Sugar Milling Council and a Safety Management role for Newcastle’s Cadia Valley Expansion Project.

Chris brings a wealth of project management experience as a senior manager on the Chevron’s Barrow Island Gorgon Project making him an ideal fit for Australian Agricultural Minerals to lead AAM’s mining operations into the future with a focus on teamwork, innovation, operational safety, process improvements and growth.
